Therapy for the Highly Sensitive Person
Discovering you're part of the 20% that possess highly sensitive personality trait can be both a relief and a challenge. As a therapist trained to assess and work with HSP's I enjoy helping others learn to reframe past experiences through this new lens and learn how to care for and wield this unique trait.
